SMS Terms & Privacy

These SMS Terms & Privacy disclosures (“SMS Terms”) describe how All Western Mortgage, Inc. (“All Western,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging to communicate with you and how your information is used in connection with those messages. These SMS Terms are in addition to our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict, these SMS Terms control for SMS.
Scope and Purpose
Our text messaging is intended for conversational, person-to-person communications related to your inquiries, applications, or existing relationships with us (for example, appointment coordination, document checklists, status updates, and support). We do not use this program for promotional or marketing campaigns unless we specifically disclose that to you and obtain any additional consent required by law.
Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile number and engaging with us by text, you consent to receive SMS messages from All Western at that number. Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of obtaining services. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user for the number provided and have authority to consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the nature of your request. Because this program is conversational, you will receive messages only as needed to address your inquiry or ongoing engagement with us.
Costs
We do not charge you for SMS messages; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your plan and contact your carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After we process your request, we may send a one-time confirmation message to acknowledge your opt-out. Opt-out applies to the specific conversation and phone number; if you have multiple active conversations or have provided multiple numbers, you may need to opt out separately for each.

Information We Process and How We Use It
When you use our SMS program, we process your mobile number, message content, timestamps, and technical delivery information. We use this information to send and receive messages you request or authorize, authenticate and administer the conversation, support customer service and operational needs, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell your SMS opt-in data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers (for example, messaging platforms or carriers) solely to deliver and support the SMS service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Notice.
Retention and Security
We retain SMS-related information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it in accordance with our policies. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect this information.
Eligibility and Availability
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate. Our SMS service is available only with participating U.S. carriers and may not be available in all locations or at all times. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network operators. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of SMS after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
